PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject granules having foamability, capable of preventing the blocking of the granules in a preliminary foaming treatment, and excellent in the surface smoothness (luster) after molded, by adding a specified amounts of a specific hydrocarbon and a specific diisobutyl adipate to thermoplastic resin granules. SOLUTION: (A) Thermoplastic resin grains such as polystyrene granules, styrene copolymer granules or graft styrene copolymer granules are compounded with (B) a (cyclic) aliphatic hydrocarbon having a lower boiling point than the softening point of the component A in an amount of 1-15 pts.wt. based on the component A and with (C) diisobutyl adipate in an amount of 0.2-3.0wt.% based on the component A. |
