PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject material resistant to the quick lowering of catalytic activity by using dichloromethane as a foaming agent and substituting a specific compound for a conventional DBU catalyst. SOLUTION: This forming material is composed of (A) a 1st liquid containing a polyol component and (B) a 2nd liquid containing an isocyanate component. Dichloromethane is used as (C) a halogenated hydrocarbon foaming agent to be added to the 1st liquid and (D) a fatty acid salt of a t-amine substituted with a 1-3C alkyl group (preferably diethylamine 2-ethylhexanoate) is used as a substitute for a conventional 1,8-diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undecene-7 catalyst to be added to the 1st liquid. The component A is preferably a polyether polyol. In the case of forming a shock-absorbing material for a steering wheel, the component A is preferably a tetrafunctional polyether polyol such as an ethylenediamine-propylene oxide copolymer. The amount of the component D is preferably 1-10 pts. based on 100 pts. of the component A. |
