PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition which can give a coating film improved in tensile strength, flexibility and oil resistance by mixing a specified polyester block copolymer with a polyalkylene terephthalate resin and a phosphorus compound and/or a triazine compound. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant resin composition is prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. mixture comprising 100-10wt.% polyester block copolymer (A) composed of 20-80wt.% hard segments, based on a polybutylene terephthalate comprising at least 60mol%, based on the dicarboxylic acid component, terephthalic acid and at least 60mol% tetramethylene glycol, and 80-20wt.% soft segments based on a polyester comprising at least 60mol%, based on the dicarboxylic acid component, aromatic dicarboxylic acid and at least 60mol% 5-12C long- chain diol and 0-90 pts.wt. polyalkylene terephthalate (B) with 5-150 pts.wt. at least one compound (C) selected from among phosphorus compounds and triazine compounds and optionally additives, and kneading the resulting mixture. |
