PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control method for a DC Brussels motor in a motor vehicle in which abnormal noise is prevented from being generated from the motor at the time of deceleration. SOLUTION: Depending on a position detection signal from a position detector 24u-24w, FETs 42u-42w and 42x-42z in a switching circuit 41 are controlled to feed a drive current to the armature coil 12u-12w of a motor 1. 120 deg. conduction control for controlling the duty ratio depending on the throttle opening while setting the conduction angle of drive current at 120 deg., a conduction angle control for controlling the conduction angle depending on the throttle opening while setting the duty ratio at 100, and a lead angle control for controlling the lead angle while setting the conduction angle at 180 deg. and fixing the duty ratio at 100% are carried out. |
