PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the required time from reception to a Doppler analysis by processing a signal which is received over spatial movement by complex Fourier transformation and taking a momentary analysis of a Doppler frequency component extended in a delay time. SOLUTION: This instrument is equipped with a receiving means 1 which receives a sent signal after digital modulation based upon a pseudo-random pattern over spatial movement, a complex Fourier transforming means 2 which processes the received signal by complex Fourier transformation, and a Doppler analyzing means 3 which takes the momentary analysis of the Doppler frequency component extended in the delay time. Then a fixed transmission side sends the sent signal after the digital modulation based upon the pseudo-random pattern to a reception side through a multiplex propagation path. On the reception side, the receiving means 1 receives the sent signal while moving. The complex Fourier transforming means 2 processes the received signal by complex Fourier transformation to extended it into a spectrum. Further, the Doppler analyzing means 3 momentarily analyzes the Doppler frequency component extended in the delay time from the extended spectrum components. |
