PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a dryer in a manufacturing process and to improve solvent resistance and rubbing characteristics by a method wherein a solid ink layer or a pattern ink layer is provided on a substrate sheet as required and a resin layer of the ionizing radiation curing type and an ink layer are provided to eliminate the time needed for hot dry curing. SOLUTION: A solid ink layer or a pattern ink layer 2 is provided as required on a substrate sheet 1 and resin 3 of the ionizing radiation curing type and having heat drying property is applied and further an ink layet 4 of the ionizing radiation curing type and having heat drying property is printed, and ionizing ray is applied to effect complete curing. The resin of the ionizing radiation curing type and having heat drying property is an aqueous emulsion having an ionizing radiation reactive double bond, or a water-soluble or solvent-soluble resin having an ionizing radiation reactive double bond, and Tg of the resin is preferably 40 deg.C or higher, desirably 60 deg.C or higher. As a coating method, there are gravure coater, gravure offset, reverse coater, roll coater, etc. |
