PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicinal composition capable of stably suppressing the decomposition of a disulfide-based vitamin B1 derivative and a foul smell derived from the compound containing sulfur as a metabolic product without damaging its efficacy, and high in ingesting property. SOLUTION: This medicinal composition contains a disulfide-based vitamin B1 derivative (e.g.; thiaminepropyldisulfide), vitamin B12 ' s (e.g.; cyanocobalamine) and a hydroxypropylcellulose having the low extent of a substitution, and further is blended withα-starch. The blending weight ratios is 0.001-0.3 vitamin B12 's based on 1 disulfide based vitamin B1 derivative, and 0.5-100000 weight ratio of the hydroxypropylcellulose having the low extent of the substitution based on 1 vitamin B12 's, and theα-starch is blended in a range of (1:0.1)-(1:10) to the hydroxypropylcellulose having the low extent of the substitution. Besides, by suitably blending conventional additives, a solid form oral preparation such as tablets, capsules, granules and powder and a semi-solid preparation such as a pap agent and an ointment are prepared.
