To embody a register file memory having a plurality of CPUs and one shared memory, a register file memory structure having a plurality of ports achieves a mutual communication without additional buffer, thereby improving an effectiveness of CPU. The register file memory structure includes: an input terminal for inputting at least two addresses, data, selection, reading and recording signals; an output terminal for outputting the input data from at least two input terminals by a received recording signal; and a control signal input terminal for inputting an input control clock pulse signal and a control signal about a data output allowable signal.
