PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laser beam irradiating device efficiently softening a hardened region of member by irradiating a member with laser beam from plural laser beam torches so as to improve a moving speed of running truck. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 1c is attracted at a prescribed position on the surface of a member 4 so that a cladding by welding layer formed on the surface of member 4 is positioned right under between both rails and both rails 1 are laid parallel each other. Further, A running truck 2 is placed on the rail 1 so that a wheel 2a rolls on the upper face of flange part 1a of rail 1 and a condensing lens 6a of first laser beam torch 6 and condensing lens 7a of second laser beam torch 7 are facing to one end part of the cladding by welding layer formed on the surface of member 4. Next, a laser beam oscillator is operated, the cladding by welding layer formed on the surface of member 4 and its neighborhood are irradiated with laser beams 8, 8 emitted from the condensing lenses 6a, 7a and the hardened region of member 4 is softened. Softening of hardened region is successively executed with moving the running truck 2. |
