PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass produce an inexpensive RE-TM-B based sintered magnet having high Br and iHc by an inexpensive and convenient method. SOLUTION: The sum of crystal grain face where the crystal grain size (a) of Re2 T14 B in the main phase is controlled to 50% or above and the sum of crystal grain area where the (a) is 5μm or less is controlled to be 1-10% of the total area of the main phase.
