PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unnecessary materials so as to reduce costs by arranging a plurality of wiring groups held between insulating films by shifting respective end groups in a longitudinal direction and forming a notched part in a non- wiring part between the adjacent wiring groups. SOLUTION: A center wiring group 31A including a plurality of wiring lines 31a made of metal foils and a side part wiring group 32A in which wirings 32a are divided into two and arranged in both sides of the wiring group 31A are held between a pair of insulating films 33. End part group 31B is formed in which the end parts aligned in the width direction of the wiring 31a are arranged side by side at equal intervals, and an end part group 32B is formed in which the end parts of the wiring lines 32a are similarly arranged in positions extended in its longitudinal direction. By a notched part 36 formed in a non- wiring part 35 between the two end part groups 31B and 32B so as to surround the end part group 31B, the end part group 31B is cut off from the wiring group 32A with the base end side of the wiring group 31A left. Thus, a width dimension is reduced compared with the case that the end part groups 31B and 32B are arranged side by side in the width direction. |
