PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-office delay time measuring method less in measurement error and capable of measuring the delay time between offices more accurately. SOLUTION: A delay time measurement part 7 of a master station A1 measures the time up to the redetection of a measurement signal sent from the master station A1 after it is sent back by a slave station An, i.e., the total delay time tAB delay time measurement parts 1 and 8 of repeating stations A2 ... (-An-1 ) and the slave station An measures delay times tA2 ... (-tAn-1 ), tAn , and tB2 ... (-tBn-1 ), tBn of up transmission and down transmission of respective communication devices 3. From those actually measured delay times, a delay time calculation part 10 calculates the delay times t1n and tn1 between the master station A1 and slave station An. |
