PEELING ERROR TREATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain peeling error treating device which transports paper to a position to allow the easy removal thereof and facilitates the removal of this paper in case a peeling error occurs between the paper and a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: A first photosensor 41 detects the paper 27 and rotates a photoreceptor drum 11 in a direction reverse from an arrow 19 direction when the paper is transported while the paper is held wound around the drum on account of the peeling error by a peeling pawl 15 after the paper passes right above a transfer corotron 14. When this first photosensor 41 detects the paper 27, the photoreceptor drum 11 is stopped after backward rotation by the distance meeting the same. At this time, the paper 27 exists near the transfer corotron 14 and is easily removable with the device having the space to allow the insertion of the hand near this part.
