METHOD FOR REPAIRING SLACK PART OF ALUMINUM COAXIAL CABLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for repairing a crack at a slack part such that the slack part is not cracked again by employing a conductive braided band as a repairing member being wound around a cracked part. SOLUTION: A conductive braided band 6 is wound around a cracked part 2 at the slack part (sagging part) of an aluminum coaxial cable 1 caused by long term repetitive bending incident to temperature variation. The cracked part 2 is then protected by winding a weather-proof tape 5.
