<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To joint buried cable protective members easily by providing a first joint member having cross-section substantially similar to the inner surface of a cable fitting groove made in the upper surface of buried cable protective member, and a second joint member being fitted in the first joint member and jointed. SOLUTION: The joint metal 2 for a buried cable protective member comprises a first joint member 4, and a second joint member 6 to be fitted over the first joint member 4 and jointed therewith in the direction of cable fitting groove. The first joint member 4 is provided with fitting recess 25 and protrusion 27 and corresponding protrusion 24 and recess 22. A joint metal 26 is secured to a stop metal 29 by means of a screw thus coupling a buried cable protective member 9 and the joint metal 2. This structure facilitates fitting of a cable between the buried cable protective member even if a curved part is present in a cable protection duct.</p> |
