<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conserve power by shortening the operation time of an O2 producing apparatus by a pressure swing type gas separation method (PSA method) in O2 gas supply equipment supplying O2 gas produced from air by the PSA method using an adsorbent and high purity liquid O2 gasified by a gasifier. SOLUTION: In O2 gas supply equipment supplying oxygen gas produced from air by a PSA method and high purity liquid oxygen gasified by an gasifier, a liquefying device 6 liquefying a part of oxygen gas produced by an O2 producing device 1 by the PSA method by the whole or a part of high purity liquid oxygen supplied to the gasifier 5, a storage tank 7 housing liquefied oxygen from the liquifying device 6 and the liquefied oxygen gasifier 8 connected to the storage tank 7 are provided.</p> |
