<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a fault to occur in a lower-order computer via a host computer. SOLUTION: A host computer 3 sends an information request command REQ1 at every fixed time. A computer 2 receives the command REQ1 and sends an information request command REQ2. A computer 1 receives the command REQ2 and sends the fault history information D1 to show a history of faults that hitherto occurred in itself. Then, the computer 2 sends its on fault history information D2 to the computer 3 together with the information D1. Thus, both information D1 and D2 are stored in the computer 3. Therefore, it is possible to grasp the degree of fault occurring in a lower-order computer and to estimate the fault occurring in the lower-order computer.</p> |
