摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the production of black spots and irregular density in the production method by forming an anodic oxidation film, subjecting the film to sealing treatment, holding the film in a water vapor atmosphere and then cleaning, by specifying each sealing degree in the step of sealing treatment and the step of holding in a moisture environment. SOLUTION: After an anodic oxidation film is formed on the surface of an aluminum substrate 1, an org. photosensitive layer is laminated thereon to obtain an electrophotographic photoreceptor. In this method, after forming the anodic oxidation film, the film is subjected to sealing treatment to obtain 60-100μS admittance as the sealing degree. Then the film is held in a water vapor environment to obtain <60μS admittance as the sealing degree and cleaned. Sealing treatment by using nickel acetate or pure water is effective. By holding the anodic oxidation film after sealing treatment in a moisture environment, hydration reaction is caused by the water content, which further improves the sealing degree of the anodic oxidation film after the mild sealing treatment without deposition of ions or oxides on the surface of the anodic oxidation film.
