As converting the resolution, the resolution conversion data is outputted, then the outputted data is stored in the resolution latch part(20). The resolution conversion counter part(18) counts the clock signal outputted from the divider(13) and whenever the outputted clock signal comes to certain amount it generates MASK signal. After that, this MASK signal along with the clock signal outputted from the divider(13) becomes OR gate(19) and so that the counter(14) and the shift register(17) may work, MCLK signal is outputted. Therefore, MCLK signal is outputted from the OR gate and by using this signal as a clock, the shift register(17) is start to working.
