The thermoplastic polyester resin composition having a good impact resistance and forming property, was prepared. The composition comprises; (A) 10- 90 parts of a thermoplastic polyester resin such as polybutylene terephthalate or polyethylene terephthalate having an ultimate viscosity more than 0.4 dl/g, (B) 10- 90 parts of an aromatic polycarbonate resin such as poly(bisphenol-A carbonate) having 10,000- 200,000 of molecular weights, (C) 5- 50 parts of (A+B) of an ethylene resin having esters or acidic groups, (D) 0.1- 15 parts of the (A+B+C) of a polyalkylene oxide such as polyether glycol having hydroxides of 500- 6,000 molecular weights, (E) 0.01- 5 parts of (A+B+C+D) of a polyolefin wax such as polyethylene wax or polypropylene wax or their compounds having 1,000- 5,000 of average molecular weight.
