PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TAB tape of good quality at a high yield rate without the generation of a trouble such as separation of a pattern caused by the recessed part on the surface of a bonding agent when a copper foil pattern is formed in the working process of the TAB tape. SOLUTION: In the subject TAB tape, with a bonding agent, in which a flexible insulating film, a bonding agent layer and a protective film are laminated in the above-mentioned order, is the TAB tape using a tape with the bonding agent which is characteristically provided with a protective film containing 20 pieces or smaller per 1000cm<2> of fish eyes of 10μm or more.
