FIELD: oil-and-fat industry. SUBSTANCE: to increase reliability of press and convenience in operation with retaining quality of final product and reducing operational expenses, in press for producing oil from vegetable raw material, containing casing with pressing cage made of pressing-cage planks, each being in the form of polyhedral bar, the planks are installed with no gaps between them in static state, so each pressing-cage plank is oriented with its widest face in direction to longitudinal axis of cage or to casing wall. To inner surface of casing, an appliance is secured for controllably restricting deflection value of each plank affected by vegetable raw material being treated. EFFECT: improved design. |
