FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: device has at least one tunnel in ship's hull with fore inlet hole and aft (bottom) outlet hole and propulsors (pumps) located in tunnel. Innovation of invention consists in form of tunnel which has several turns after which hydrofoils are mounted with their backs forward (towards ship's bow).
