FIELD: pipeline transport; applicable in manufacture of pipelines. SUBSTANCE: method of lining of metal pipe with plastic shell includes introduction of plastic shell inside metal pipe and its fastening at the ends by fixing with rings. Novelty consists in that ends of metal pipe are expanded, the ends of the shell, after its introduction, are formed to follow the shape of expansion. Fixing rings are installed in zone of expansion, and fixing is effected by combined expansion of fixing rings, plastic shell and metal pipe. In addition, novelty also consists in that one end of pipe is additionally expanded to impart the shape of funnel, and the ends after installation and fixing of shell are calibrated. Application of the offered method makes it possible to produce pipelines with continuous internal shell with installation efficiency of 8 km/h. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
