Measurement value detection method for esp. power station

摘要

The method involves generating message signals and forming a summa delta. A message signal is generated from a detected measurement value if the measurement value differs from a preceding measurement value by more than a predetermined delta band. The summa delta is then formed by adding the delta values of successive measurements. If the summa delta value exceeds a projected multiple of the delta bands an additional message signal is generated. A gradual change in the delta value can detected even of the delta band is not exceeded. If the summa delta value is above or below a threshold value, the measurement value is transmitted regardless of the delta band.
