FIELD: rail tracks of subway, particular, rail tracks having no ties. SUBSTANCE: rail of subway has concrete base, supporting members secured to concrete base, rail, trough-shaped flexible electrical insulation spacers embracing the rail foot and resting of supporting members, and devices for fastening the rails secured to supporting members. Supporting members are made in form of separate underrail blocks concrete in concrete base. Each underrail block has longitudinal trough for receiving the rail foot installed in it together with respective spacer and embedded members concreted in the block. Embedded members form side surfaces of through, and fastening devices are formed by spring clamp having one arm for interaction through flexible electrical insulation spacer with one of flanges of rail foot, and the other arm serves for interaction with block and bolted joint installed between clamp and respective embedded member. Underrail block is made in form of truncated pyramid, and trough-shaped flexible electrical insulation spacers consist of two halves, each embracing one of strips of the rail foot. EFFECT: improved operate reliability of rail track, simplified preventive maintenance and repair. |
