Base socket consisting of three socket sections (7,8,11) welded perpendicularly to each other such that two socket sections (8,11) define a stand surface and the third section (7) is formed to receive the net post (4). Positive fit beams (13,16) can be slid into the horizontal socket sections, and plates (14,15) are fixed to the ends of the beams and/or below the base socket (6).
