FIELD: power engineering, sanitary engineering, heating and ventilating systems, hot-water supply systems miscellaneous water heating, heat-supply and cooling devices. SUBSTANCE: combined air and water heater has housing, shell, medium heating appliances, cold water inlet and hot water outlet systems, air inlet and outlet system, closed-circuit vessel for additional medium heating, and additional medium heating parts. Closed-circuit vessel for additional medium heating is provided with partition that divides it into two communicating compartments, each accommodating additional water heating appliances: vessel has pipe connections for cold water inlet and hot water outlet. Heater is also provider with storage tank communicating with housing through cold-water inlet pipe and hot-water outlet pipe provided with facilities for shutting off these pipes at points of their connection to mixer connections and storage tank. Hole is provided in bottom of additional medium heating vessel to join detachable pipe whose lower hollow is placed above medium preheating appliances arranged at bottom part of housing. Channels are provided between external surface of storage tank and internal surface of heat insulation covering it to pass hot air, and have appliances for controlling intensity of air flow.
