Object: to provide a preparation having excellent antipruritic effects on the immediate reaction due to insect bite and also on itching as the delayed reaction. Constitution: an aerosol preparation composed of a stock solution which comprises the following components (A) to (C) in a solvent mixture consisting of water and a lower alcohol and a propellant: (A) one or more surfactants selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid esters and sorbitan fatty acid esters; (B) 0.5 to 8 % by weight of menthol; and (C) 1 to 0.5 parts by weight, per part by weight of menthol, of camphor.
