A device for the chemical treatment of holes in workpieces, wherein each hole is subjected to the chemical medium for a defined time interval and then rinsed, consists of a piece of pipe, which can be introduced into the holes and seals one end of the hole by a sealing head, a free annular space being formed between the piece of pipe and the hole, and flow passages to the annular space being provided in the piece of pipe, and the annular space as well as the other end of the piece of pipe being connected to at least one inlet line and one outlet line.
