The disc brake comprises a housing (4) which has two guides (26,28) which extend in the axial direction. The brake covers (10,12) have support sections which engage with the guides. The brake has a fastener which is formed by axially extending tie rods (48,50,52). The support sections of the brake covers are formed by hook-shaped attachments (38,40) which engage into the U-shaped recesses of the guides. Outer extensions (22,24) are formed in the periphery direction from the housing parts (6,8). The outer tie rods (48,50) are guided by these outer extensions.
