A current distributer for several parallel loads has an insulating plastic housing for the plug connectors (6,7 etc) which are accessed through holes (15, 16 etc) in the housing. There are several overcurrent protective switches. There is a detachable hood for the housing and the protective switches are fixed in a row between them. The hood has a cover plate for the operating side of the switches facing away from the plug contacts. On the cover plate are two ribs facing away from the housing as well as a carrier plate for identification. The hood is made from insulating plastic.
