FIELD: heat engineering, finned tube heat exchange surfaces at longitudinal motion of heat-transfer agents. SUBSTANCE: heat exchange surface consists of alternating tubes with loop wire finning and tubes with longitudinal finning washed with heat-transfer agents; longitudinal finning consists of four chute-shaped fins bent inside and located on tube crosswise; their top point are directed into spaces between loop wire fins of adjacent tubes; finning contains also four bent fins connected with tubes in center part of line of bend; their curvature radius is equal to radius of circle of outer generatrix of loop wire finning whose top points are directed into spaces between loop wire fins of adjacent tubes; finning also includes combination of four chute-shaped fins bent inside with their top points directed into spaces between loop wire fins of adjacent tubes and four bent fins connected with tubes in center part of line of bend at curvature radius equal to radius of circle of outer generatrix of loop wire finning with their top points directed into spaces between loop wire fins of adjacent tubes. Longitudinal fins may be smooth or rough in form of perforations, recesses, projections or knurling. EFFECT: intensified heat exchange between heat-transfer agents and reduction of mass and overall dimensions of heat exchangers. 6 cl, 3 dwg |
