At least one second compensation mass (30,36) is connected With the compensation shaft, and the mass also executes a linear, oscillating movement driven by the rotation of the compensation shaft. A plane, which contains the axis of the compensation shaft and the movement path of the first compensation mass, is inclined to a plane which contains the axis of the compensation shaft and the movement path of the second compensation mass. The timing of minimum speed of the first compensation mass coincides with that of maximum speed of the second compensation mass.
