The process for making a homogeneous mixt. from at least two liquid, paste-form or powdered raw materials, comprises controllably measuring each component into a system reinforced by gravity or suction, and then mixing and homogenising the measured components in one or more subsequent high speed mixers. Also claimed is an appts. for making a homogeneous mixt. out of two different substances, using the above process, comprising at least one measuring vessel with a timer element for controlling filling time, placed upstream of a mixing vessel which has an inlet and an outlet and is in the form of a high speed mixer.
