发明名称 METHOD OF RECTIFYING DIFFERENTLY BOILING SUBSTANCES
摘要 FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns alcohol and other branches of chemical industry where separation of differently boiling substances is necessary. Objective of invention is reducing consumption of heating steam in rectification process. Proposed approach to solving this problem consists in that a mixture of substances is fed into rectification column equipped with mass- exchange devices in which liquid-vapor contact occurs, vapor is withdrawn from the top of column with low-boiling substances, transferred into dephlegmation process, and condensate produced is fed into upper mass-exchange device in the form of phlegm. After liquid-vapor contact is performed, a part of vapor is withdrawn from mass-exchange device to be additionally condensed. Resultant condensate under adiabatic conditions is returned into column to be mixed with entered phlegm in mass-exchange device. Amount of vapors withdrawn from the mass-exchange device is determined from equation presented in description of invention. Condensate withdrawn from mass-exchange device together with flowing down phlegm is returned into mass-exchange device. A part of phlegm from the bottom of column is withdrawn as still product, and the other part of phlegm is returned, in the form of vapors, into column on lower mass-exchange device. EFFECT: reduced (by 25-30%) consumption of heating steam fed into still of column.
