FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: claimed invention describes high-molecular weight compounds, more specifically polyurethanes containing crown ethers "charged" with sorbed metal salts used for preparation of thermally sensitive ion-conducting material. Polyurethane has the following structure of recurring unit:wherein R-qCHCHCHis DPHMD residue; CHCHis TD residue; R-[CH-]is oligooxytetramethylene glycol, n=14.28;is oligooxypropyl glycol, n= 17; Me is Na, Cu, Fe, i=1,2,3. This problem is solved by synthesis of polyurethane of said formula as thermally sensitive ion-conducting material by reacting urethane prepolymer prepared on the bases of hydroxy containing compound and diisocyanate in 1:2 molar ratio with macrochain extenders such as tetrahydrazides, by di-(methaphosphonylbenzo)-24-crown-8 reaction of urethane formation in dry dimethylformamide solution for 3 or 4 hours at 18-25 C by introducing into the resulting polymer current carriers by maintaining it in 0.1-0.5 M sodium sulfate, copper (2) sulfate and iron (3) sulfate solutions. Ionic conductivity and thermal sensitivity of the synthesized polyurethane of said formula can be achieved both chemically (change in the structure of oligoether or its molecular weight, functional groups of microcycles such as chain extenders, structure of diisocyanate fragment; and by varying temperature. EFFECT: improved properties of the crown ether based polyurethane. |
