A novel composite object is made of thermoplastics from mixed, sorted plastic dual system waste. The edges have a denser texture than the core. The mixt. is heated, forced into an injection mould and cooled. The composite (23) consists of cleaned plastic waste, with a residue (42) of aluminium foil and some remains of the metal, glass, stony materials, light foreign matter, such as wood, aluminium sheet and wires, all of which are largely removed. The non-plasticised components (43) occupy both fine- and coarse-pored (41) regions, with residual moisture content. Also claimed are the method of mfr., and a plant to carry out the method.
