<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cool medium to be uniformly ejected enable the amount of an ejected air to be locally adjusted in a peripheral direction, and thereby, mold a resin into a molding free from an uneven wall thickness. SOLUTION: Diaphragm members 22 for directing a cooling medium in the central direction are arranged, at a specified interval, in the peripheral direction, between nozzle plates 17, 19 which form a communication path for the cooling medium to be ejected to the outer periphery or a discharged resin. In addition, a feeding/suction pipe 23 for feeding the cooling medium into a space between the diaphragm members 22 and sucking the cooling medium from the space between the diaphragm members, in accordance with the film thickness of the discharged resin, is arranged. Besides, piping for feeding the cooling medium by a high pressure blower, to the feeding/suction pipe 23 through a switching valve, and piping for suction for sucking the cooling medium, are connected to each other in such a manner that these pipings can be freely switched. Further, a control device is arranged which controls the switching operation of the switching valve and the flow rate of the cooling medium through the piping for feeding or suction, in accordance with the film thickness of the discharged resin.</p> |
