SOLUTION: Blocking bodies 3A, 3B or the like provided around the upper surface of a lid to close an opening part of an oil tank 1 of a hydraulic elevator and around at least the upper surface of the lid 2 on the upper surface of an oil tank adjacent to the opening are constituted to prevent the intrusion of water into the oil tank.
