PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forcedly supply oil between a bush and a cradle in a low load condition, while turnably supporting a support surface of a cradle type swash plate by the bush without using a half-split needle bearing or the like, for impeding seizure caused by insufficiency of supply oil to a bush surface generated in the case of supporting by the bush. SOLUTION: In a variable displacement piston pump constituting a cradle type swash plate for arbitrarily controlling a delivery flow rate in accordance with a pump delivery pressure, in balance of a piston part receiving a delivery pressure formed in an end part of a cradle 1 with a part of a tilt control spring 2, the second support point 5 is provided separately from the center of swiveling curvature of the cradle 1 in a side of the tilt control panel 2.
