PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vinyl chloride molding having an extremely high hydrogen chloride capturing property by maintaining the excellent physical and mechanical properties inherently existing in vinyl chloride resin. SOLUTION: This molding is made such that a resin layer not containing chlorine in its molecule is given on at least one surface of a resin base material formed by vinyl chloride resin, and an inorganic filling agent with an average particle diameter of 10μm or less is contained in vinyl chloride resin and resin not containing chlorine in Its molecule respectively, wherein an adding quantity thereof being 10-300 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin, and 10-200 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. resin not containing chlorine in its molecule, thus it has an extremely high capturing property during the burning period.
