PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector which is composed of single connector, and in which the connection and the disconnection between a coaxial cable and a board can repeatedly be conducted. SOLUTION: A spring piece 21 is provided on an outside conductor 2, and the spring piece 21 is inserted into the hole 14 of a board 11. Then, by a tilt portion 21a, the contact pieces 22, 31 of the outside conductor 2 and an inside conductor 3 are pressing touched to the patterns 12, 13 of the board 11, and simultaneously the outside conductor 2 is fixed onto the board 2.
