<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make simple cleaning possible for a beer dispenser. SOLUTION: An adapter 65, equipped with a valve element composed of an outer cylinder 69 and a bottomed inner cylinder 68 coaxially fitted into a cup with seal rings 80, 81 interposed in between and equipped with a through hole 70 openable when the bttomed inner cylinder 68 moves in the axial direction out of the outer cylinder 69 by operation of a handle 12 of a dispenser head 2 at a position between the seal rings 80 and 81, is connected to the dispenser head 2 of a beer dispenser 64a removed out of a beer cask. Then, a through pipe 76 for compressed gas at a specified pressure connected to a water service pipe and the dispenser head 2 is connected to a pipe 66 of the adapter 65 through a three-way selector valve so that the gas can be taken into the adapter 65. After cleaning is made with cleaning liquid only or the cleaning liquid and the gas at the inside of the beer dispenser 64a for supplying beer, the gas only is supplied into the beer dispenser 64a and residual cleaning liquid is discharged therewith.</p> |
