PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate effectively and shorten a processing time, by dividing assembly of magnetization which is given as a model of a test object into groups of oxidization in which residue of a static magnetic field is equal. SOLUTION: A test object is divided into areas of respectively equal magnetic fields, and the magnetization is divided into plural groups by constituting such magnetization groups that intensities of the magnetic field in a position of magnetization are equal with each other within the same group, in a magnetization group generating part 109, and the result is housed in a memory 104. At first, a magnetization number (i) and a group number (j) are set to 1, and the first magnetization M1 is sorted into the group G1 after whole (n) of magnetization are sorted based on the intensities of the magnetic field on the position in an ascending order or a descending order so as to divide into groups. The following steps are repeated from 2 to (n). That is, whether the intensity of the (i)th magnetization Mi is equal to that of the (i-1)th magnetization is judged and Mi is sorted into Gj when it is equal, while, after (j) is replaced by (j+1), Mi is sorted into Gj when it is not equal. |
