PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an efficient line between an exchange and a base station in a mobile communication network. SOLUTION: In the mobile communication network system wherein the exchange 101 and base station 150 are connected, the exchange 101 and base station 150 are connected by a leased line 107 and the exchange 101 and base station 150 are connected by a public switched telephone network 108. Then when it is predicted that calls increase to exceed the capacity of the dedicated line 107, the base station 150 is connected to the exchange 101 by the public switched telephone network 108. Consequently, calls can be connected by the dedicated line with small capacity in cases wherein the traffic frequently varies. The cost between the exchange 101 and base station 150 can, therefore, be reduced. Further, the effect increases by applying this to a case wherein dynamic channel assignment is used. |
