PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically simulate or bring the resonance frequency at a drive side to or into coincidence with that of a Coriolis force by providing a capacity element for specifically varying the driving frequency of an elastic element on a power supply route to a piezoelectric driver. SOLUTION: A capacity element 4 (electrostatic capacity Cv) is provided at a power supply route to a piezoelectric driver 1 for driving an elastic element A. An amplifier 5 and a capacity element 6 (electrostatic capacity Cs) are provided in parallel with the element 4. When the capacity Cs is reduced, the resonance frequency of the driver 1 is raised to be able to simulate or bring it to or into coincidence with the resonance frequency of a piezoelectric detector 2. A voltage is amplified by the amplifier 5, and a current is given to the driver 1 via the capacity Cs thereto to be able to prevent the drop of a driving current I when the resonance frequency is varied by the capacity Cv. Therefore, there is no necessity of mechanically trimming the elastic element, and the regulation of the resonance frequency becomes simple. The accuracy of simulating or bringing the resonance frequency of the driver 1 to or into coincidence with that of the detector 2 can be enhanced. |
