PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture bottom tap type radlux, having a bowl part and a cylinder part, as a ceramic sintered product to feed a molten metal from a molten metal holding furnace to a die. SOLUTION: After sintering treatment is applied on a pressure powder molded product of ceramics in a radlux shape molded through cold hydrostatic pressure molding, to remove a tensile stress remaining on the surface layer of a sintered substance, sand blast processing is applied to remove a surface layer (a layer thickness set to approximate 10μm or more). This method improves breakage loss resistance of radlux during the use of an actual machine. The improve rack loss resistance and corrosion metal loss resistance being the characteristics of the radlux sharply improve a radlux life. |
