<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always the object image of a predetermined region even when a monitor position is moved by allowing reference azimuths to coincide with the predetermined direction of a screen respectively independently to extract the image of the whole of a monitor region to display the extracted image on a plurality of screens. SOLUTION: Image extracting and forming means 1, 2 extract or form the image of a monitor region on a part from monitor region image extracting and forming data becoming the origin for displaying the image of the matter or mark present in a monitor region and write the same in image memories 1, 2. At this time, the means 1, 2 extract or form an image so as to allow a reference azimuth to coincide with the predetermined direction of a screen on the basis of the data of a reference azimuth. Display signal forming parts 7, 8 form display signals from the image data read from the image memories 5, 6 in matching relation to scanning on a display device 11. A window control part 10 controls a changeover device 9 to apply the output signal of either one of the forming parts 7, 8 to the display device 11.</p> |
