<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moderate pressure type deinking treatment device capable of positively removing and draining stained water from the first time, and capable of highly efficiently performing a deinking treatment even from any kind of paper raw material. SOLUTION: This device is manufactured so that a paper-making raw material, etc., delivered by a cylinder press method, etc., is subjected to a deinking treatment. Therein, three cylinders are disposed in a substantially triangle shape on the side view, and in at least the first cylinder 2 among the three cylinders, an outer cylinder 2d is disposed so as to cover an inner cylinder 2a having many small holes formed therein. Rotation shafts 8 having independent driving devices are penetrated in the three cylinders, respectively. Spiral revolution blade groups 11 are attached to each of the rotation shafts 8, and plural kneading blades 14 each comprising crushing blades obliquely crossed so that the adjacent blades cross each other and so that the blades obliquely cross in the circumferential direction of the rotation shaft are exchangeably attached for each group to the remaining part of the rotation shaft 8 by an insertion method.</p> |
